This is not your typical love story or love at first sight story. They say timing is everything, and that couldn't be more true with Evan and Miriam.

Their story started about 3 years ago at a place called Beach Hut Deli. This is where Miriam has worked for the past 5 years and this is a place a lot of their close friends go to frequently gather. AJ, who's one of Evan's groomsman, regularly took him there and after a while, Evan started noticing Miriam. After a few hellos and subtle conversations, Evan asked Miriam out on date. She said yes, and they agreed to go to dinner a week later. Evan was excited and ready for his date. He texted Miriam with a couple hours to go and no response. He called her and again no response. Yep, you guessed it...she ended up flaking on him. Evan was extremely upset and avoided Miriam as much as possible. Every time he would go to Beach Hut, he made sure she was not working. After about a year went by filled with awkward silences and avoided eye contact, the hellos and subtle conversations eventually started to come back. After some quick text messages and some happy smiles, Evan and Miriam started seeing each other a lot more and finally went on their first date. Timing is everything. They have been inseparable ever since and Evan moved in just after 2 months. A year later overlooking the beach in San Diego and with the help of Miriam's family, he asked her to marry her. She said yes and this time she meant it. The trust, love, respect and handful of pranks they pull on each other is what makes their relationship so strong and unique.
